I have decided to keep the setup of my page reasonably simple working at 14cm x 14cm. I have set a bleed of 3mm to ensure that I get a clean cut design with none of my border being cut off, although it is not necessarily that important within my design. I have set a two column grid with a 4mm gutter so that text can be broken up across the page more effectively due to the fact I will have ingredients and then the method of how to cook. This will make it clearer and easier for someone to follow the instructions.
