From my sketches I felt that the legs provided a strong graphic icon for 'Stand Up To Racism', being simple it would be understood by a range of audiences. I mocked up the legs in illustrator and looked at how I could pair it with typography.
Rock Salt - very good hand drawn type, has lots of character which puts a lot of energy into the design.
Permanent Marker - Bold stroke width that reflects the boldness of the legs.
Marker Felt, Wide - Bold, tall letterforms have a commanding presence.
Marker Felt, Thin - Interesting circular end of letterforms to mimic pressure of pen.
Neucha - Variation in stroke width gives visual appeal, friendly tone.
Caveat Brush - Rounded letterfoms help to give a friendly tone, stroke width shoes the quick immediate nature.
