Saul Bass is a graphic designer and filmmaker best known for his design of film posters and title sequences. Bass has a distinct minimal style that has become iconic. The simple forms and bold use of colour lead to a really striking design. I particularly like the hand drawn type, it helps to give each design a distinct character that is extremely engaging. I want to try and work with a minimalist design like Saul Bass with simple distinct concepts.
